The area was beautiful, perfect to relax and disconnect from the city. The traditional Japanese rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious, with stunning valley views. The swimming park next to the hotel was a plus offering interesting novelty pools and lovely hot springs. I enjoyed the opportunity to soak under the stars in a relaxed atmosphere.
Sadly, the service at breakfast was a disaster. We made a reservation which apparently wasn't correctly communicated to the restaurant.
